I can't concentrate...oh Yeah freakin Vidalia onions rock. I sautee'd them with some mushrooms. I really couldn't get enough. They aren't bad raw either. Sweet!!Literally.

I dont know what those are. But I do know that onions kill my baby tummy. Can't eat them right now.
I too am a fan of the Vidalia. Costco has this amazing Vidalia marinade for chicken.... yummm
